New TEIN3 tender announced to extend the Asia Pacific R&E network to South Asia

To express interest in participating in the tender, candidates must email to tein3-coordinator@dante.org.uk at the latest by 27 February 2009.  Expressing interest in the tender does not place the candidate under any commitment, but is essential to participate in later stages of the tender.
