The FP7 Info Day was successfully organised in Bangkok by the Thai National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), the Office of Science and Technology in Brussels (Thai Ministry of Science and Technology), together with two FP7 projects: SEA-EU-NET and Biocircle. The registered participants were 125, against the target of 100. Most of them represented various organisations of the Ministry of Science and Technology, centres of NSTDA, Commission for Higher Education, public and private universities.

Two officials of DG RTD presented on FP7. The benefits and applications of TEIN3 were part of the welcome addresses of the President of NSTDA and the EC Delegation. TEIN3 brochures were distributed in the meeting, and sent directly to the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC) of NSTDA who is a contact point in Thailand.
